Buffalo Vending LLC is committed to providing reliable vending services. If a customer is charged for a product and does not receive the item due to a machine malfunction or misspend, we will issue a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

  • A payment is processed but no product is dispensed

  • A vending machine malfunction results in a failed transaction

  • An incorrect charge occurs due to a technical error

Refund requests must include:

  • Date of transaction

  • Approximate time of transaction

  • Machine location and type of machine

  • Last 4 digits of the card used (if applicable)

Payment Processing

Cashless transactions are processed through a third-party payment provider. Buffalo Vending LLC does not store full credit card information.
